Good stuff here, Jason. Often out of good intentions, we are way too quick to start doing that we forget to think, and given the possibilities and potential of AI I think this is a huge miss. I think you're right in calling out the change management piece here as well. Doing more of the same faster better and cheaper has some benefit but in my view barely registers on the value/impact scale terms of what's possible with AI. Einstein said "You can't use an old map to explore a new world" so we would be best to start thinking differently so we can actually create new possibilities instead of falling into the same traps of the past.
